Bioderma Sebium Kerato+ Acne Exfoliating Gel by Bioderma (NAOS) is an advanced keratolytic exfoliating gel formulated to treat acne, reduce blemishes, smooth skin texture, and unclog pores in oily and combination skin. Recommended by Dadu Medical Centre dermatologists as an adjunct treatment for inflammatory and comedonal acne.

Indications

• Acne vulgaris — inflammatory and comedonal

Key Ingredients

• Salicylic Acid (BHA) — Penetrates pores to dissolve sebum plugs, exfoliate dead skin cells, and reduce comedone formation
• Glycolic Acid (AHA) — Accelerates surface cell turnover, smooths skin texture, and reduces post-acne marks
• Fluidactiv™ (Bioderma proprietary) — Regulates sebum quality, preventing it from thickening and blocking pores
• Zinc — Controls excess sebum production and has mild antibacterial action

How to Use

1. Cleanse and dry skin thoroughly.
2. Apply a thin layer of Sebium Kerato+ Gel to acne-prone or affected areas.
3. Do not rinse — leave on as a targeted treatment.
4. Use once daily in the evening, or as directed by your dermatologist.
5. Apply sunscreen every morning as AHA/BHA increase photosensitivity.

Precautions

• Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes
• May cause mild tingling on first use — reduce frequency if persistent
• Always use with SPF during the day when using AHA/BHA treatments
• Not recommended for dry or sensitive skin without dermatologist guidance
