1. SHIPPING POLICY
1.1 Shipping Coverage
ND Meds currently delivers only within India. Delivery is facilitated through authorized third-party courier and logistics partners. Certain remote or non-serviceable pin codes may be restricted.
1.2 Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation. Prescription-based orders are processed only after valid prescription verification. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.
ND Meds reserves the right to delay or cancel orders if prescriptions are invalid, products are restricted, stock is unavailable, or regulatory checks are required.
1.3 Delivery Timelines (Estimated)
Metro Cities: 2–5 working days
Non-Metro Cities: 3–7 working days
Remote Areas: 5–10 working days
Timelines are indicative and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
1.4 Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout. Promotional free shipping may be withdrawn without notice.

Tracking details are shared once dispatched. ND Meds is not responsible for courier delays post-dispatch.

2. CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Prescription-based orders cannot be cancelled after verification. ND Meds may cancel orders due to regulatory, stock, or compliance issues.
3. RETURN POLICY
Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, expired, or incorrect. Claims must be raised within 24 hours with an unboxing video and images.
Non-returnable items include prescription medicines delivered correctly, opened products, or customer error orders.
4. REFUND POLICY
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the fault is from ND Meds.
5. REPLACEMENT POLICY
Replacements are issued after approval and subject to availability.
