FCL AHA Lightening Gel HQ by FCL Skincare is a high-potency brightening gel combining alpha-hydroxy acids (AHAs) with hydroquinone for intensive depigmentation and skin lightening. Formulated for patients with stubborn hyperpigmentation, melasma, and dark spots requiring a clinical-strength combination approach.

Indications: Stubborn melasma and hormonal pigmentation resistant to standard brightening treatments. Post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH) from acne, eczema, or injury. Sun spots, age spots, and solar lentigines. Uneven skin tone requiring intensive depigmentation. Dark spots unresponsive to single-agent brightening treatments.

Key Ingredients: Hydroquinone — gold-standard depigmenting agent that inhibits tyrosinase enzyme activity, reducing melanin synthesis and visibly lightening existing dark spots. Alpha-Hydroxy Acids (AHAs) — glycolic and lactic acids that exfoliate the skin surface, accelerate cell turnover, and enhance penetration of hydroquinone for improved efficacy. Kojic Acid — natural tyrosinase inhibitor that complements hydroquinone's depigmenting action. Antioxidants — protect skin from UV-induced melanin re-stimulation.

How to Use: Apply a thin layer to affected areas every evening on clean, dry skin. Avoid the eye area. Follow with a broad-spectrum SPF 50+ sunscreen every morning — mandatory to protect results and prevent re-darkening. Use for the prescribed duration as directed by your dermatologist — typically 8–12 weeks, followed by a maintenance phase.
