Eucerin Oil Control Mattifying Sunscreen SPF 50+ by Beiersdorf is a high-protection broad-spectrum sunscreen formulated specifically for oily and acne-prone skin, providing SPF 50+ protection with a long-lasting matte finish. Developed with dermatological expertise for patients who struggle to find a sunscreen that doesn't exacerbate oiliness or trigger breakouts.
Indications: Daily broad-spectrum sun protection for oily and acne-prone skin. Patients requiring SPF 50+ while using photosensitising treatments (retinoids, AHAs, BHAs). Oily skin with shine and excess sebum requiring mattification alongside sun protection. Non-comedogenic SPF for acne-prone skin. Post-procedure sun protection for patients with oily skin types.
Key Ingredients: Broad-Spectrum UV Filters (SPF 50+) — advanced combination of UVA and UVB blocking agents providing maximum protection against photoaging and UV-induced skin damage. Oil-Absorbing Microspheres — silica-based particles that absorb excess sebum throughout the day, maintaining a matte, shine-free finish for up to 8 hours. Licochalcone A — Eucerin's proprietary anti-inflammatory extract that reduces redness and calms acne-related irritation. Non-Comedogenic Formula — dermatologically tested to not clog pores or trigger breakouts in acne-prone skin.
How to Use: Apply generously to all exposed skin 15–20 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply every 2 hours, or after swimming or sweating. Use as the final step in your morning skincare routine, after moisturiser and before makeup. Suitable for use under foundation as a mattifying SPF base.
Precautions: For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes — rinse immediately if contact occurs. Discontinue if irritation or allergic reaction develops.
