Dersil AF Antifungal Body Wash is a medicated antifungal body wash formulated to treat and prevent fungal skin infections on the body. Combining antifungal actives with gentle cleansing agents, it provides therapeutic cleansing for patients with tinea versicolor, body ringworm, or recurrent fungal skin infections.

Indications: Tinea versicolor (pityriasis versicolor) causing skin discolouration on the body. Tinea corporis (ringworm) on the body. Recurrent fungal skin infections requiring daily antifungal cleansing. Seborrhoeic dermatitis on the body and chest. Prevention of fungal infection recurrence in susceptible patients.

Key Ingredients: Ketoconazole / Zinc Pyrithione — broad-spectrum antifungal agents that reduce Malassezia and dermatophyte colonisation on body skin. Mild Surfactant System — gentle cleansing agents that effectively remove impurities without stripping the skin barrier. Glycerin — humectant maintaining skin hydration during cleansing.

How to Use: Wet body with lukewarm water. Apply a generous amount to affected areas. Lather gently and leave on for 3–5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. Use daily during active infection, then 2–3 times per week for maintenance. Continue for the full prescribed duration.
