Dermedic Hydrain3 Triple Hydration Face Cream by Biogened is an intensive triple-action hydrating face cream formulated to provide deep, lasting hydration at three levels of the skin. Designed for patients with severely dry, dehydrated, or moisture-compromised skin requiring intensive daily moisturisation.

Indications: Severely dry and dehydrated skin requiring intensive triple-action hydration. Skin with impaired moisture barrier and transepidermal water loss. Dehydrated skin from environmental exposure, air conditioning, or heating. Post-procedure skin requiring intensive moisture replenishment. Mature skin with reduced natural moisture retention.

Key Ingredients: Hyaluronic Acid (3 Molecular Weights) — three sizes of hyaluronic acid molecules hydrating at different skin depths: high molecular weight (surface), medium molecular weight (epidermal), and low molecular weight (dermal). Urea — natural moisturising factor that attracts and retains moisture while softening dry skin. Glycerin — humectant drawing moisture from the environment into the skin. Ceramide Complex — reinforces the skin's natural barrier and reduces transepidermal water loss. Panthenol — soothing and conditioning agent supporting barrier repair.

How to Use: Apply to clean, dry face morning and evening. Massage gently in upward circular motions until fully absorbed. Use as the final step in your skincare routine before SPF in the morning. For very dry skin, apply a thicker layer at night as an intensive overnight treatment.
