Deriva BPO Benzoyl Peroxide Acne Gel by Galderma is a topical antibacterial gel containing Benzoyl Peroxide for the treatment of mild to moderate acne vulgaris. A clinically proven, first-line acne treatment that kills acne-causing bacteria and reduces inflammation without contributing to antibiotic resistance.

Indications: Mild to moderate acne vulgaris with inflammatory papules and pustules. Comedonal acne with blackheads and whiteheads. Acne requiring antibacterial topical therapy without antibiotic resistance risk. Adjunct to topical retinoids for combination acne treatment. Prevention of antibiotic resistance when used alongside topical antibiotics.

Key Ingredient: Benzoyl Peroxide — oxidising agent that generates free radicals within the follicle, killing Cutibacterium acnes bacteria, reducing excess sebum, unclogging pores, and preventing future breakouts. Does not cause antibiotic resistance, making it ideal for long-term acne management.

How to Use: Apply a thin layer to clean, dry affected areas once or twice daily as directed by your dermatologist. Start with once daily to assess tolerance. Allow to absorb fully before applying other products. Use SPF 30+ during the day.
