Indications: Severe psoriasis with thick plaques and inflammation. Severe eczema (atopic dermatitis) unresponsive to milder steroids. Lichen planus and lichen sclerosus. Discoid lupus erythematosus. Severe contact dermatitis and allergic reactions. Short-term treatment of severe, resistant inflammatory skin conditions.
