Amrolstar Antifungal Nail Cream by Oaknet Healthcare is a topical antifungal treatment containing Amorolfine 0.25% w/w for the management of fungal infections of the skin and nails, including onychomycosis. Designed for patients with nail fungal infections or fungal skin conditions requiring a targeted, effective antifungal cream.

Indications: Fungal infections of the fingernails and toenails (onychomycosis). Fungal skin infections causing redness, itching, or scaling. Tinea unguium (nail ringworm). Candidal nail infections. Adjunct to oral antifungal therapy for nail infections.

Key Ingredient: Amorolfine 0.25% w/w — morpholine antifungal agent with a unique dual mechanism of action: inhibits two enzymes in the fungal ergosterol biosynthesis pathway (delta-14 reductase and delta-7,8-isomerase), disrupting the fungal cell membrane and leading to fungal cell death. Effective against dermatophytes, yeasts, and moulds causing nail and skin infections.

How to Use: Clean and dry the affected nail or skin area thoroughly. Apply a thin layer as directed by your physician, typically once or twice weekly for nail infections. For nail infections, file the nail surface before application to improve penetration. Continue treatment for the full duration advised — typically 6 months for fingernails and 9–12 months for toenails — even after symptoms clear, to prevent recurrence.

Precautions: For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Avoid nail varnish or artificial nails on the treated nail during use.
