Key Ingredients: Myo-Inositol — insulin sensitiser that improves cellular insulin signalling, reducing hyperinsulinaemia-driven androgen excess in PCOS; reduces testosterone levels and improves ovarian function. Folic Acid — essential B vitamin for DNA synthesis, cell division, and reproductive health. Vitamin D3 — supports insulin sensitivity, immune regulation, and hormonal balance; deficiency is common in PCOS and worsens metabolic and hormonal parameters.
How to Use: Mix one sachet with 200–250ml of water. Stir well until dissolved. Take once daily, preferably in the morning with or after breakfast. Continue for a minimum of 3–6 months for hormonal and metabolic benefits.
