Aclind Clindamycin Acne Treatment Gel is a prescription-grade topical antibiotic gel containing Clindamycin for the treatment of inflammatory acne vulgaris. Designed for patients with moderate inflammatory acne requiring targeted antibacterial therapy to reduce Cutibacterium acnes colonisation and lesion count.

Indications: Inflammatory acne vulgaris with papules and pustules. Moderate acne requiring topical antibiotic therapy. Adjunct to topical retinoids for combination acne treatment. Acne with significant bacterial component requiring targeted antibacterial treatment.

Key Ingredient: Clindamycin Phosphate 1% — lincosamide antibiotic that inhibits bacterial protein synthesis, reducing Cutibacterium acnes colonisation in hair follicles and decreasing the inflammatory response that leads to acne lesions.

How to Use: Apply a thin layer to clean, dry affected areas once or twice daily as directed by your dermatologist. Gently massage until absorbed. Use SPF 30+ during the day. Allow 6–8 weeks for visible improvement. Do not use as monotherapy long-term — combine with benzoyl peroxide or retinoid to prevent antibiotic resistance.
